This PR fixes an issue where the first-time access to the custom tab in the Speed Optimized page wasn't properly saving preset settings. The fix ensures that preset settings are correctly applied when the compression mode is initialized.
- Adds a useEffect hook to apply preset settings on component mount
- Ensures compression mode transformations are triggered for 'speed_optimized' and 'quality_optimized' modes
